Analista de FinOps – Cloud, Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the financial efficiency and governance of the Cloud ecosystem at the intersection of Finance, Infrastructure, and Engineering.

• Manage and analyze costs in technology and Cloud environments, ensuring financial efficiency.

• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for cost closures and budgeting.

• Implement FinOps practices to optimize investments in infrastructure and Cloud.

• Monitor and control budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement in collaboration with Engineering teams.

• Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets) for data analysis, projections, and financial modeling.

• Apply basic accounting knowledge, including DRE analysis, provision control, CAPEX/OPEX management, and financial forecasting preparation.

• Support strategic decision-making with executive presentations based on data and consumption metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• Minimum experience in financial management of Cloud or technology infrastructure environments.

• Knowledge of Cloud pricing models, basic architecture, and resource scaling.

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.

• Understanding of financial governance practices, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Knowledge/experience with cost governance for AI/ML infrastructure, including API consumption of LLMs, GPU clusters, and GenAI services in the cloud, as well as the use of Generative AI tools for IT data automation and analysis.

• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and collaborative skills with technical and financial teams.

• 8-hour daily work schedule + 1-hour break, 5x2 shift, from Monday to Friday.
