This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in the accurate issuance of electronic invoices, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation.

• Provide user support for the issuance of NF-e, NFS-e, and NFC-e.

• Address inquiries from both internal and external clients regarding the issuance and cancellation of tax documents.

• Aid in the integration and configuration of systems related to invoices and tax/accounting ERPs.

• Review, validate, and verify tax data prior to issuance.

• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in the process of issuing and transmitting invoices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of issuing NF-e, NFS-e, and NFC-e.

• Basic understanding of tax legislation applicable to invoice issuance.

• Familiarity with ICMS, ISS, PIS, and COFINS.

• Initial experience or exposure to invoice issuance systems and ERPs.

• Experience in customer service via chat, WhatsApp, and email.

• Ability to guide clients with operational inquiries.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for verifying tax data.

• Completed or ongoing education in Accounting Sciences.
