This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Impact Analysis (Pre & Post Feature): You will serve as the judge of our initiatives. You will assess the causality and incrementality of each experiment and feature to provide feedback for the product roadmap.

• Control Tower and KPIs: You will design and maintain the "control tower" (strategic dashboards) that enables leaders to make informed decisions in real-time.

• Funnel Management (Tagging): You will define the strategy to measure the customer journey, ensuring that every click and event is captured accurately.

• Data Lineage: You will ensure the traceability and quality of data, from its origin to the final report, so that trust in the information is absolute.

• Democratization and Data Literacy: You will empower Product Owners and stakeholders to be self-sufficient in using self-service tools and understanding their metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Professionals in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

• Experience in Business Analytics or Business Intelligence roles.

• Background: We highly value candidates from the Fintech, digital banking, financial retail, or technology companies with agile methodologies.

• Hard Skills: Advanced SQL (essential).

• Proficiency in visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Strong knowledge in funnel measurement and tagging.

• Applied statistics in business (experimental design, causality).
