This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as an internal analytical consultant for the CRM, Marketing, and Customer Intelligence teams.
• Analyze customer purchasing behavior to identify growth, retention, and value enhancement opportunities.
• Evaluate the performance of CRM campaigns, including A/B tests, pilots, and impact studies.
• Develop comparative analyses across campaigns, channels, segments, and time periods.
• Create recommendations for campaign optimization and marketing investments based on evidence and historical data.
• Construct analyses of customers, products, and purchasing journeys to generate insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business areas to understand objectives, validate hypotheses, and measure results.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations using data storytelling techniques.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of analyses through best practices in data treatment and exploration.
• Strong experience in data analysis applied to CRM, marketing, or customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, exploration, and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Knowledge of analytical processes, including data cleaning, treatment, and visualization.
• Familiarity with statistical testing, hypothesis testing, and experimentation.
• Experience in building and presenting insights to business areas.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations.
