This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data related to marketing and sales;

• Develop reports and dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights for marketing and sales teams;

• Manipulate and interpret data to identify trends and patterns that could influence business strategies;

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions;

• Assist in defining relevant KPIs and performance metrics for marketing and sales areas;

• Execute statistical analyses and create predictive models to forecast customer behaviors and sales patterns;

• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular validations and reviews;

• Communicate complex analysis results clearly and concisely to various audiences within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a data analyst with a focus on sales and marketing;

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;

• Knowledge of marketing and sales metrics (consumer behavior, key KPIs, and acquisition OKRs);

• Strong understanding of customer/prospect segmentation, as well as competitive analysis and market competition;

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation;

• Intermediate skills in Power BI for developing interactive reports and dashboards;

• Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Pipedrive, Rd Station, Intercom);

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
