Analista de Dados – FP&A Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze operational and financial data, identifying discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Create dashboards, reports, and strategic indicators to support the executive team.

• Investigate the causes of variations in results and propose actions aimed at operational efficiency and process optimization.

• Collaborate with internal departments, translating data into insights for informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in data analysis, FP&A, controlling, or related fields.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and an investigative mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical areas.

• Proactive, consultative profile with a problem-solving orientation.
