Analista de Crédito Pleno – Estratégia e Políticas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and implement rules, decision matrices, and credit policies for the origination and management of Corporate Credit Card limits and Receivables Anticipation.

• Conduct analytical studies on the customer base to identify behavioral patterns, forecast defaults, and optimize scoring models.

• Design specific strategies and frameworks for Credit Cards and Invoice Discounting, balancing risk and commercial leverage.

• Monitor risk indicators (FPD, SPD, NPL) by channel, product, and score range, ensuring the portfolio remains within the approved risk appetite.

• Design and oversee A/B tests and Champion/Challenger experiments for credit policies.

• Translate statistical analyses into practical recommendations for Product, Data Engineering, and Commercial teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or other strongly quantitative fields.

• Solid experience with credit strategies, policies, or analytics in the Corporate segment (B2B).

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Experience with Python for exploratory analysis and statistical modeling.

• Understanding of credit risk metrics (PD, LGD, EAD, Bad Rate, Transition Matrix).
