Analista de Compras I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead procurement processes of low to medium complexity, executing quotes, negotiations, proposal analysis, and purchase order issuance, while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

• Manage the categories under your responsibility, monitoring indicators, contracts, suppliers, and cost optimization opportunities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal departments, ensuring consultative service aligned with business needs.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and process standardization, contributing to greater operational efficiency and the advancement of the Procurement area.

• Embrace a digital mindset, show curiosity for new technologies, and exhibit interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Process Management, Logistics, or related fields.

• Experience in procurement processes, quotes, negotiations, supplier management, or contract administration.

• Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ease of use with management systems (ERP, workflow, or contract management).

• Strong analytical skills, organization, communication, and negotiation abilities, with a talent for collaborating effectively with various company departments.

• Experience in purchasing promotional items and events will be considered an advantage.

• Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
