Analista de Calidad de Procesos Jr/Ssr

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various departments within the company to gather process information through interviews and work meetings.

• Document and keep processes, procedures, and instructions up to date using flowcharts and standardized documentation.

• Analyze processes to discover opportunities for improvement, simplification, and standardization.

• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to initiatives incorporating Artificial Intelligence.

• Develop improvement proposals and assist in their implementation alongside the relevant departments.

• Monitor process indicators and create reports for management.

• Participate in internal audits and support the follow-up on action plans.

• Ensure the documentation of the Quality Management System is current.

• Engage in cross-functional projects with all areas of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced student or graduate in Systems Engineering, Degree in Systems, Systems Analyst or related fields.

• Profiles in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other process-oriented and continuous improvement careers will be valued.

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in process analysis, documentation, or improvement.

• Experience in gathering and documenting business processes.

• Proficiency in process diagramming and modeling tools (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Bizagi Modeler or similar).

• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.

• Proactive, critical thinking, and capability to work with multiple departments.

• Basic knowledge of BPMN, UML, or similar process modeling tools.

• Basic understanding of ISO 9001 or continuous improvement principles.

• Interest in new technologies, automation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence to processes.

• Basic proficiency in Power BI or similar data analysis tools.

• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies focused on continuous improvement.
