Analista CRO/Growth e SEO – Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the technical SEO and content strategy for Lina products.

• Conduct keyword research and content architecture for Open Finance audiences, including banks, fintechs, insurance companies, and retail.

• Run A/B tests on landing pages and product pages to enhance conversion rates.

• Analyze conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and propose optimization hypotheses.

• Monitor Core Web Vitals, indexing, and the technical health of the website in collaboration with Product/Tech teams.

• Report on organic traffic metrics, rankings, and conversions, translating data into prioritization decisions.

• Utilize AI tools for research, content creation, and data analysis, independently testing new tools.

• Report to the Marketing team and collaborate closely with Product and Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in technical SEO and content, as well as in CRO or growth, even if in separate roles.

• Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and A/B testing tools.

• Analytical thinking to transform data into testable hypotheses.

• Knowledge of AI tools applied to marketing for research, writing, and analysis.

• Willingness to learn new tools.

• Interest or willingness to learn about Open Finance, Open Insurance, and the regulated financial market.

• Autonomy in driving projects, with a growth trajectory in scope and leadership.

• Advantage: experience in SEO/CRO for B2B SaaS products or fintech.

• Advantage: experience with technical content for C-level audiences and technology teams.

• Advantage: knowledge of BI tools for funnel analysis.
