Analista BPO Contábil Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, engage in strategic projects, and help advance accounting processes.

• Responsible for executing and supporting accounting routines.

• Ensure accuracy in accounting operations and compliance with current laws and regulations.

• Oversee account reconciliation, monthly closings, and results assessment.

• Provide support in system migration projects and process improvements.

• Manage the accounting team, fostering continuous development of team members and overseeing the implementation of the team's Performance Evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (active or ongoing CRC).

• Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards (BRGAAP, IFRS).

• Proficient in accounting entries, reconciliations, balance sheet closings, and trial balances.

• Experience using various ERP systems for executing accounting routines.

• Familiarity with ancillary obligations related to accounting, such as SPED Contábil and ECF.

• Must have a computer with minimum requirements (Wi-Fi connection, 8GB memory, I3 processor).

• Must possess dual monitors.

• Internet speed of at least 200 MB.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the accounting field, preferably in BPO companies or consulting firms.

• Experience with various ERP systems (Linx, Questor), ensuring adaptability to different technological platforms.

• Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes, provisions, and fixed asset control.

• Experience in accounting system migration projects and data integration between systems.
