Analista BPO – Abastecimiento

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Support in the development and execution of purchasing activities

• Assistance with RFI, RFQ, RFP processes

• Negotiation with suppliers to optimize resources

• Prepare a weekly report tracking the execution of processes

• Document activities performed in the database

• Manage the purchasing process in accordance with defined procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Technician or technologist with a degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields

• 3 years of experience in managing and addressing Procurement or Supply Chain Management processes

• Knowledge of RFI, RFP, Purchase Orders, amendments, and contracts

• Proficient in office tools and advanced Excel

• Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP and Ariba
