Analista BI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Translate structured data in the Gold layer into business value for Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Management.

• Eliminate parallel controls and manual reconciliations through the creation of accurate and reliable visual dashboards.

• Build business dashboards and key performance indicators.

• Utilize and cross-reference aggregated business information available in the Gold layer.

• Understand and apply financial, Customer Success, and Operations metrics.

• Ensure that the information presented to internal users and clients via the V3 platform is consistent and reflects the "single source of truth."

• Align requirements directly with business areas.

• Support the enhancement of corporate decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in BI and Reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, and AWS QuickSight.

• Fluency in SQL for consuming and cross-referencing aggregated business information available in the Gold layer.

• Analytical ability to understand financial, Customer Success, and Operations metrics.

• Knowledge of MRR, accounts receivable, billing, and delinquency.

• Familiarity with onboarding, churn, upsell, downsell, and Health Score.

• Understanding of systemic versus physical inventory control, asset traceability, and installations.

• Critical vision to ensure the consistency and visual accuracy of information.

• Excellent communication skills for aligning requirements with business areas.
