Analista Administrativo de TI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze IT cost management from a FinOps perspective, including cloud costs and SaaS services, identifying optimization opportunities with technical teams.

• Consolidate data and produce periodic financial reports on OPEX and projects within the IT Directorate.

• Track the variance between actual and budgeted amounts, signaling deviations to management, supporting the identification of causes, and formulating action plans.

• Conduct analytical control of IT contracts related to software, hardware, and services, monitoring terms, adjustments, and operational deadlines.

• Manage financial and operational workflows in the ERP system, overseeing purchase requisitions, service orders, and the correct allocation and reconciliation of IT invoices.

• Work with dynamic dashboards and assist leadership in structuring executive reports with KPIs related to IT costs and financial performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid practical experience in IT financial control, technology administration, or controlling.

• Strong understanding of the OPEX and CAPEX lifecycle, with familiarity in FinOps concepts, cloud infrastructure costs, and SaaS licensing.

• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Totvs, or similar in purchasing, payment, and contract workflows.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, along with the ability to create analytical presentations.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage with technical infrastructure and development teams, as well as corporate Finance, Purchasing, and Accounting departments.

• FinOps certification is a plus.

• Previous experience in cost optimization projects or routines within IT is an advantage.

• Ongoing postgraduate or specialization studies in Finance, Controlling, or IT Governance are advantageous.
