Ambulatory Solution Consultant – MEDITECH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare clients and various stakeholders to ensure optimal utilization of their Meditech EHR system.

• Work alongside a team of consulting experts to provide technical solutions to our healthcare partners, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and regulatory mandates.

• Offer insights regarding system workflows, upgrades, modifications, and ongoing maintenance while uncovering opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.

• Effectively facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels by creating clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes, and ensuring that follow-ups are tracked and completed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in utilizing Meditech's Clinical Ambulatory solution to improve patient flows and bed tracking.

• Comfortable working with clinical and administrative teams to gain an understanding of current workflows related to throughput and patient bed placement.

• Capable of identifying areas for enhancement and designing system workflows that boost efficiency, minimize bottlenecks, and elevate patient care.

• Expertise in Meditech Clinical Ambulatory system build, testing, training, configuration, and support.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Previous consulting experience in an ambulatory healthcare environment.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines; PMP certification is a plus.

• RN Certification is preferred.

• Willingness to travel (75%).

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
