Ambulatory Solution Consultant – MEDITECH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare clients and various stakeholders to ensure optimal utilization of their Meditech EHR system.

• Work alongside a team of consulting experts to provide technical solutions tailored to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Offer insights into system workflows, upgrades, modifications, and ongoing maintenance, while pinpointing opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders at all levels in a productive and efficient manner by creating clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes, and tracking follow-ups to completion.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in utilizing Meditech's Clinical Ambulatory solution to enhance patient flow and bed management.

• Comfortable working in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to comprehend existing workflows related to throughput and patient bed allocation.

• Capable of identifying improvement areas and designing system workflows that boost efficiency, minimize bottlenecks, and enhance patient care.

• Expertise in Meditech Clinical Ambulatory system build, testing, training, configuration, and support.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Prior consulting experience within an ambulatory healthcare environment.

• Outstanding communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; PMP certification is a plus.

• RN Certification is preferred.

• Willingness to travel (75%).

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
