Ambulatory Infusion Clinic Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Insert, monitor, and remove IVs, including providing care for central lines (PICC/port/midline).

• Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as directed by prescriptions.

• Monitor patient reactions, take vital signs, and conduct assessments.

• Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding infusion therapy and IV care.

• Perform venous phlebotomy when necessary.

• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes are completed.

• Coordinate schedules and maintain communication with patients, families, providers, and care teams.

• Uphold compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution.

• IV certification along with experience in central line management.

• A minimum of 2 years of RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or a similar setting preferred).

• CPR certification and a valid driver’s license.

• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a care team.

• Openness to travel locally to assist patients.
