This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and sustain product listings in both Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Diagnose and resolve catalog challenges, including suppressed listings, detail page inaccuracies, stranded inventory, and variation discrepancies.
• Develop, revise, and enhance product listings, including titles, bullet points, and descriptions in accordance with Amazon's standards.
• Construct and oversee parent-child variations to guarantee an appropriate catalog organization and positive customer experience.
• Employ and upload flat files (bulk templates) for streamlined catalog modifications and extensive updates.
• Collaborate directly with Amazon Support and Brand Registry to initiate and manage cases, address listing disputes, and uphold brand content.
• Perform regular audits of detail pages to discover opportunities for content enhancement, compliance, and conversion optimization.
• Upload and manage product images, ensuring they adhere to Amazon's requirements and improve the customer experience.
• Track and report on catalog health, listing performance, and the status of issue resolutions.
• Refresh sales trackers and other internal reports.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Demonstrated experience in resolving Amazon catalog and listing issues.
• Practical experience with flat files and bulk uploads.
• Strong comprehension of variation relationships and catalog organization.
• Experience in working with Amazon Support and managing Brand Registry cases.
• Knowledge of Amazon listing guidelines, compliance policies, and industry best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple listings and priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
• Proficiency with Google Tools (Gmail, Tasks, Keep Notes, Google Sheets).
