This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, enhance, and manage Amazon listings utilizing flat files across extensive product catalogs.
• Upload and troubleshoot bulk listing updates, addressing errors that impact large quantities of SKUs.
• Identify and resolve catalog issues, such as suppressed listings, indexing challenges, and Buy Box suppression.
• Ensure accurate catalog, inventory, and pricing data management within SellerCloud or comparable ERP systems.
• Confirm that listing updates are correctly indexed and viewable on Amazon, addressing any issues as required.
• Oversee catalog health, ensuring listing accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Amazon standards.
• Adhere to and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to facilitate effective catalog management.
• Remain informed about Amazon platform updates, indexing modifications, and listing best practices, including new concepts like Rufus, Cosmo, and semantic indexing.
• Exhibit continuous learning and a proactive stance towards enhancing Amazon catalog performance and operations.
• Execute additional responsibilities related to the role as assigned.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong professional and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Extensive experience utilizing Amazon Flat Files for creating, updating, and troubleshooting listings.
• Familiarity with SellerCloud or a similar ERP platform.
• Experience with repricing tools such as ChannelMax or equivalent software.
• Experience with Helium 10 is preferred.
• Experience with FlatFile Pro is preferred.
• 2-5 years of practical experience in Amazon catalog management.
• Significant experience in building and rectifying listings via flat files.
• Strong understanding of Amazon category templates, valid values, and bulk upload procedures.
• Experience in troubleshooting listing errors, indexing challenges, and catalog issues at scale.
• Experience managing large catalogs and incomplete product data.
• Proficient expertise in flat files.
• Knowledge of Rufus, Cosmo, semantic indexing, and contemporary Amazon catalog management.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot catalog and indexing challenges.
• Highly detail-oriented with remarkable accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and process-oriented approach to work.
• Comfortable handling substantial amounts of data.
• Capability to follow, uphold, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
