This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee, develop, and execute recruitment initiatives and processes to guarantee the highest quality of client service.
• Manage a portfolio of clients to meet personal performance targets.
• Proactively cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients and sustain current engagements through strategic account management and relationship building.
• Meet all individual objectives and quotas, ensuring at least target revenue is achieved quarterly and revenue growth is realized annually.
• Skillfully manage client communications, conduct onsite evaluations, and carry out candidate screenings and presentations.
• Design, implement, and assess impactful marketing strategies to optimize revenue generation from client partnerships and ensure the success of each collaboration.
• Provide expert guidance to candidates and clients, highlighting opportunity features, addressing objections, and offering consultation and recommendations.
• Employ various prospecting methods to generate new candidate leads on behalf of clients.
• Share insights and strategies for the advancement and success of the recruitment department.
• Effectively create, plan, and deliver presentations showcasing the company’s services and client opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, extend offers, and negotiate contracts for prospective clients as necessary.
• Foster a dynamic, competitive, and supportive team culture where all members are dedicated to achieving success for their accounts and nurturing enduring client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting physicians or healthcare providers.
• Preferred background in dental or allied recruitment.
• Proven success in recruiting healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with and sell to C-suite executives, HR departments, and senior management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with peers, management, clients, and internal teams.
• Excellent track record in achieving targets (sales, revenue, quotas, margins, etc.).
• Collaborative and supportive approach towards colleagues.
• Outstanding presentation abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in issue resolution, brainstorming, and problem-solving.
