This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Formulate and implement the strategy for the Databricks alliance partner program.
• Secure access to Databricks-level alliance programs and deploy them on a global scale.
• Foster local activation and ensure compliance.
• Provide comprehensive alliance intelligence with accurate financial reporting and metrics.
• Initiate activation in new countries and super regions worldwide, adhering to proper approvals and governance.
• Assist with business plans, executive relationships, operational cadence, and alliance contracts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and requirements.
• Share content, knowledge, and market insights within the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network.
• Align alliance program objectives with Global Alliance Leadership, partners, and EY delivery practices.
• Regularly coordinate with global team members and travel as necessary.
• Capacity to manage various activities and facilitate enablement across relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Databricks technology and the business advantages of relevant alliance partner products and solutions.
• Experience in alliance management or business development within a technology or professional services environment.
• Proven success in establishing and nurturing mutually beneficial alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence-management capabilities.
• Aptitude for driving actions to successful outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Highly credible communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in generating alliance sales and revenue.
