AIS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives in AI and Generative AI from the conceptual phase to the delivery of functional prototypes.

• Convert vague business challenges into organized, impactful technical plans.

• Collaborate with C-suite executives to ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and anticipated results.

• Question traditional demand-driven methods by prioritizing projects that offer higher revenue and transformational opportunities.

• Establish direction, structure, and execution strategies in nascent or highly uncertain settings.

• Create solutions that facilitate long-term digital transformation and sustainable business value.

• Utilize the Google Cloud ecosystem to develop scalable and engaging AI-driven solutions.

• Integrate business strategy, technical architecture, and AI delivery implementation.

• Proficient in Portuguese and English communication.

• Demonstrated experience in leading AI and Generative AI projects from concept to functional prototypes.

• Strong capability to convert business issues into technical strategies and roadmaps.

• Experience in engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders.

• Strategic challenger mindset, concentrating on outcomes, impact, and prioritization.

• Ability to function effectively in Day Zero environments with minimal structure or defined guidance.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem.

• Strong emphasis on digital transformation and the adoption of long-term solutions.
