Airfreight Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee both import and export air freight operations.

• Ensure that daily operations are conducted efficiently and effectively.

• Manage airline bookings and evaluate itineraries and logistics solutions presented to clients.

• Guarantee timely follow-ups in accordance with service standards and client needs.

• Facilitate customs clearance processes.

• Manage DGR shipments in adherence to Dangerous Goods Regulations.

• Coordinate the receipt, assessment, and processing of shipping documentation.

• Develop, nurture, and enhance relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

• Engage and negotiate effectively with all parties involved to ensure seamless shipment execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Air Freight Operations.

• Proficiency in both French and English is essential.

• Spanish language skills are also applicable; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.

• Practical experience with DGR shipments.

• Strong understanding of customs procedures.

• Experience with time-sensitive shipments is a plus.

• Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with TMS/Carwise is considered beneficial.
