This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the link between data infrastructure and customer-oriented AI products.

• Focus on developing low-latency API layers, production-quality RAG systems, intricate ingestion pipelines, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to transform raw data lakes into actionable AI features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Overall Experience: 7+ years in Backend Software Engineering and AI Application Engineering, with experience in Distributed Systems.

• AI & RAG Integration: 2+ years of experience in engineering production-quality RAG pipelines, overseeing vector retrieval context, and establishing secure validation layers for LLMs.

• Prototyping & Collaboration: Demonstrated success in working closely with Data Engineers to quickly convert raw data lakes and streams into production-ready AI feature prototypes.

• Expertise in Advanced API Design & GraphQL Architecture.

• Proficiency in RAG, Data Flows & Ingestion Pipelines.

• Skilled in State Management & Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Automation.

• Strong production experience in Python.

• Familiarity with C# (.NET Core), Java, or Node.js/TypeScript for enterprise ingestion systems.
