This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Design and manage comprehensive AI solution architectures, encompassing data pipelines, AI services, integrations, and infrastructure needs.
• Specify camera configurations, imaging requirements, and hardware specifications for computer vision applications.
• Oversee installations and integrations alongside internal teams.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and Master Data teams to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Develop and implement AI models on edge devices where low latency or offline processing is essential.
• Create and refine conversational AI to facilitate natural language interactions and enhance user experiences.
• Continuously investigate and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies to improve the efficiency and scalability of solutions.
• Monitor model performance and perform regular assessments to uphold accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in bi-weekly brainstorming and innovation sessions to suggest new ideas and solutions.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-related positions, delivering data-driven solutions in business contexts.
• Proven experience in designing end-to-end AI solutions, including software, infrastructure, and hardware components.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, API integrations, security, and system interoperability.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model training workflows.
• Excellent command of Python and familiarity with common Data Science libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledgeable in computer vision systems, image acquisition processes, and camera-based automation solutions.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, hybrid architectures, and on-premise deployments.
• Capable of evaluating, selecting, and managing hardware vendors and technology partners.
• Proficient in designing and implementing comprehensive ML pipelines, covering data ingestion, feature engineering, and deployment.
• Strong analytical skills focused on solving complex problems in a systematic and efficient manner.
• Eager to tackle new challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of MLOps principles and model lifecycle management, including monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about innovation and continuous learning in the realms of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German and French is an advantage.
