AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Per-Stage Agent Build: Develop agent functionalities for distinct workflow phases (such as generating engagement agreements, compiling needs-assessment briefs, conducting market surveys and long-list scoring, managing tours, analyzing RFPs and proposals, abstracting leases, and handling close-out and invoicing), adhering to the orchestration model and stage handoff protocols established by the Lead Architect.

• Tool & Integration Development: Create the specific tools utilized by the agents, including template population, market-data queries, financial analytics (NER, TI, free rent, NPV), clause and lease-clause extraction, and document assembly.

• Data Pipelines: Construct and sustain pipelines using sandbox and representative sample data, which includes the property availability data source.

• Human-in-the-Loop Implementation: Integrate the approval gates and review checkpoints defined by the architect, ensuring that binding steps consistently route through broker confirmation.

• Quality & End-to-End Testing: Authenticate components against deal-scenario data and engage in end-to-end testing across all eight stages, verifying artifact quality and the integrity of stage handoffs.

• Build-Phase Readiness: Take part in Phase 1 architecture workshops to guarantee that the build begins on a solid foundation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software or machine learning engineering, with practical knowledge of developing LLM-powered features or agents.

• Agent Tooling: Direct experience with agent frameworks, tool and function calling, retrieval, and prompt engineering.

• Python & Data Engineering: Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in building data pipelines and integrating both structured and unstructured data sources.

• Document Processing: Proficient in parsing, extracting, and generating documents across various formats including PDF, DOCX, and structured templates.

• Financial & NLP Depth: Strong preference for experience in implementing financial analytics (lease economics, NPV, scenario modeling) and NLP information extraction (including clause and entity extraction from contracts or leases).

• Domain Exposure: Familiarity with commercial real estate or another document-heavy transaction domain is advantageous.

• AI-Native Workflow: Comfortable using LLM code assistants and agentic engineering to enhance speed and quality of delivery.

• Agile Execution: Capable of rapid movement within hypothesis-driven, milestone-based sprint cycles, delivering functional components and iterating based on tangible evidence.
