AI/ML Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions as an individual contributor.

• Develop production-quality code and construct machine learning models and platforms.

• Create and deploy AI-driven features and tools that enhance employee experiences and promote business success.

• Design and develop search and chat applications utilizing Agentic AI.

• Create and implement AI-driven pathways for the engineering team.

• Design experiments to assess the performance of machine learning models and applications.

• Analyze and interpret experimental outcomes to enhance model performance.

• Assess new tools and technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the business.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize algorithms tailored to business requirements.

• Simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding.

• Assess, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and foundational models.

• Implement RAG, establish guardrails, conduct prompt engineering, and uphold LLM security practices.

• Write high-quality Python code for feature engineering, model evaluation, and interface services/APIs.

• Develop MCPs, tools, and functionalities for pre-plugin and post-plugin processes using Spring AI.

• Construct high-performance data ingestion pipelines.

• Collaborate across AWS, data engineering, ML/GenAI, and data ingestion domains.

• Engage with CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, GitLab, and Jenkins.

• Mentor engineers on ML best practices without direct personnel management.

• Work alongside cross-functional engineering, product, and domain teams within a global agile framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of comprehensive experience in Data Engineering, Ingestion, AI/ML, or GenAI-related fields.

• 5+ years of experience specifically in AI/GenAI/ML initiatives.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Strong practical coding abilities.

• Proficient in Python or Spark, including ScalaSpark or PySpark.

• Familiar with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.

• Knowledgeable in Java and Spring AI.

• Proficient in Spring Boot services.

• Experience in data preparation and data engineering, encompassing data cleaning, feature engineering, and data transformation.

• Understanding of deep learning architectures and methodologies, including CNNs, RNNs, and reinforcement learning.

• Familiar with AWS data and data science tools, such as SageMaker, Glue, and Lambdas.

• Experience with Agile and DevOps development methodologies.

• Ability to effectively communicate intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Background checks may include government ID validation, education verification, employment confirmation, criminal background check, sanctions/watch-list search, credit verification, and/or drug testing.
