
AI Workforce Transformation, Organizational Design – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive organization-wide initiatives to integrate AI, robotics, and automation into the design, organization, and execution of work processes.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, DT, and other departments to pinpoint AI opportunities and shape future operational models.
• Evaluate the impact of AI adoption on organizational structure, role design, skill requirements, workforce models, and employee experience.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, governance frameworks, milestones, and success metrics for AI transformation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of people, processes, and business strategies to facilitate scalable and sustainable adoption of AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor for Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the integration of AI opportunities into process redesign efforts.
• Identify chances to eliminate non-value-added tasks, enhance efficiency, and boost productivity through AI, automation, and robotics.
• Oversee enterprise HR engagement in Robotics & Automation projects across various businesses and functions.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, process improvement, digital transformation, Lean, or enterprise program management.
• Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at the enterprise level.
• Strong comprehension of organizational design, workforce planning, and job/role redesign.
• Experience with Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, or operational excellence programs.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, robotics, or digital transformation and their implications for the workforce.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated capabilities in analytical thinking, project management, and change leadership.
