AI Workforce Enablement Lead – People Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the workforce enablement strategy for AI-driven workflow and role modifications.

• Develop and implement enablement initiatives that foster genuine adoption rather than mere compliance training.

• Prepare managers to guide teams through transitions, addressing readiness, support, and difficult discussions.

• Convert redesigned workflows into distinct role expectations, required skills, and enablement strategies.

• Create practical toolkits, learning opportunities, and resources for managers that are effectively utilized.

• Collaborate with Talent, HR, and AI teams to guarantee that enablement precedes any shifts in accountability.

• Monitor adoption through leading indicators such as behavior changes, readiness, and friction rather than superficial metrics.

• Continuously improve strategies based on authentic feedback from employees and managers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or executing talent-side change.

• Demonstrated capability in driving behavior change, beyond just delivering training or communication efforts.

• Comfort in working within or closely with HR/Talent systems (including role design, skills, learning, and performance).

• Strong judgment, independence, and follow-through in dynamic environments.

• Ability to identify resistance and customize support as needed.

• Practical curiosity and familiarity with AI-enabled work methodologies (engineering expertise is not required).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
