AI Workforce Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy for workforce enablement related to AI-driven workflow and role transformations.

• Develop and implement enablement programs that foster genuine adoption.

• Prepare managers to guide teams through transitions, including readiness, support, and difficult discussions.

• Convert redesigned workflows into explicit role expectations, skill requirements, and enablement strategies.

• Create practical toolkits, immersive learning experiences, and resources for managers.

• Collaborate with Talent, HR, and AI teams to ensure that enablement precedes any shifts in accountability.

• Monitor adoption through key indicators such as behavioral changes, readiness, and points of friction.

• Continuously improve methods based on feedback from employees and managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or executing talent-side changes.

• Demonstrated success in driving behavior change rather than merely providing training or communications.

• Comfortable working within or closely relating to HR/Talent systems, including role design, skills, learning, and performance management.

• Strong judgment, independence, and follow-through in dynamic environments.

• Ability to identify resistance and customize support accordingly.

• Practical curiosity and experience with AI-enhanced working methods.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A sense of curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn as roles and workflows develop.
