This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold the AI Change Strategy, narrative, and integrated adoption plan.

• Establish change outcomes and customized Know/Feel/Do objectives for various audiences.

• Build and maintain stakeholder registers along with engagement plans.

• Collaborate with communications teams to deliver monthly communication packages.

• Assist and coordinate the AI Fluency Council and ELB governance forums, including managing agendas, decision logs, and action tracking.

• Formulate rollout and adoption strategies for Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Manager learning pathways.

• Facilitate communications and engagement throughout the delivery of the learning program.

• Oversee the planning and execution of the October AI event, which includes stakeholder coordination, communication, registration, and post-event reporting.

• Create and manage the AI Champions Community, comprising an engagement strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.

• Monitor adoption rates, participation levels, stakeholder feedback, and engagement insights.

• Keep the program risk and issue log updated, including mitigation strategies, dependencies, and escalations.

• Provide regular updates on progress, status, risk, and adoption metrics to program stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with Learning, DDIT, Future Ready Talent, Communications, Mission Control, country teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Adoption.

• Proven track record of leading change initiatives in large, complex organizations.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside senior leadership.

• Experience in developing and executing change and adoption strategies.

• Strong communications background, including crafting key messages, FAQs, and engagement materials.

• Experience in supporting learning and adoption programs.

• Exceptional project coordination, planning, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and governance activities.

• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities in a complex environment.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Candidates must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months.
