AI Ops Generalist – No-Code Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Maintenance and adjustment of existing No-Code/Low-Code automations (n8n, Make)

• Integration and upkeep of various platforms (including SendGrid, Airtable/Postgres)

• Customization and creation of operational email templates

• Support for AI/Automation in Customer Care (as needed)

• Assistance with AI/Automation use cases for content creation for blogs & magazines (as needed)

• Close collaboration with the CTO on operational automation topics

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience

• Generalist with a “solution-oriented” mindset – proactive, independent, does not wait for briefings

• Experience in No-Code/Low-Code automation (n8n, Make, or similar)

• Confident and practical use of AI tools in daily operations (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) – no data science background required

• Basic understanding of platform integrations and data management (APIs, Airtable/Postgres)

• Entrepreneurial and self-directed working style

• Availability from August 15, 2026

• Willingness to work 20–25 hours per week

• Freelance availability for a duration until the end of Q1 2027
