This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Create and uphold the AI Change Strategy, narrative, and comprehensive adoption plan.

• Spearhead stakeholder engagement and formulate communication plans, messaging, FAQs, and adoption resources.

• Organize AI governance forums, encompassing leadership meetings, decision logs, and action tracking.

• Assist in the implementation of AI learning pathways and promote employee adoption.

• Oversee the planning and execution of a significant AI-focused corporate event.

• Establish and manage an AI Champions Community to foster adoption and engagement.

• Monitor program risks, issues, dependencies, and critical decisions.

• Provide ongoing reporting on progress, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.

• Collaborate effectively across Learning, Communications, Technology, and business teams.

• Demonstrated experience as a Change Lead, Change Manager, or Transformation Lead.

• Extensive background in organizational change, digital transformation, or AI adoption.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, including experience in engaging senior leadership.

• Proven track record in developing change strategies, adoption plans, and communication campaigns.

• Strong experience in program governance, and risk and issue management.

• Background in learning, training, or employee adoption programs.

• Experience in managing communities, champion networks, or large-scale engagement initiatives.

• Experience in a global or complex organization is highly preferred.

• Previous experience in AI, digital transformation, or the pharmaceutical/regulated industry would be advantageous.
