This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct workflow discovery sessions in collaboration with operations teams and business leadership.
• Provide training and enablement sessions utilizing the complete agentic tool suite.
• Identify opportunities where agentic tools can provide significant leverage and effectively communicate these insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage client engagements from start to finish.
• Develop a repeatable discovery and enablement framework that the team can apply across various clients.
• Document successful strategies, challenges faced, and the reasons behind them.
• Assist in defining the service offering in partnership with the team lead.
• Remain at the forefront of the agentic tool landscape as an active practitioner.
• Articulate Tribe's perspective externally, both in written form and during client discussions.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in operations, workflow design, technology adoption, or enterprise transformation.
• Previous experience in redesigning a workflow or process, whether formally or informally.
• Daily user of the complete agentic tool suite, including Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Enterprise, and others.
• Strong instincts for discovery.
• A natural educator, demonstrating patience with non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about building initiatives from the ground up.
