• Enhance video storytelling throughout marketing initiatives

• Provide coaching and mentorship to designers, while setting benchmarks for AI-augmented workflows

• Create reusable motion kits and AI-driven processes

• Over 4 years of practical experience in video editing or motion design

• Proficiency in AI and the discernment to integrate it with human-centric marketing insights

• Knowledge of audience engagement and factors that contribute to effective B2B videos

• Capability to distill complex concepts rather than overcomplicating them

• Familiarity with data and analytics to gauge user engagement
