AI Transformation Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily execution of Powerfleet’s AI-First Transformation initiative across various workstreams and stakeholders.

• Facilitate program governance, execution discipline, milestone tracking, and operational follow-through.

• Oversee and manage program documentation, dashboards, action logs, dependency trackers, and transformation reporting.

• Collaborate with transformation track owners to swiftly and effectively identify and resolve execution blockers.

• Lead recurring transformation meetings, stand-ups, and steering committee sessions to monitor progress and action items.

• Prepare updates for executives, status reports, presentations, talking points, and transformation summaries.

• Assist in establishing and reinforcing transformation operating rhythms, governance standards, and decision-making processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in program management, transformation, PMO, business operations, consulting, or roles focused on strategy execution.

• Knowledge of AI, SaaS, software, data, IoT, or technology-driven organizations.

• Strong organizational and operational management capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive-level reporting.

• Proficient stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Familiarity with modern project and program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Comfortable collaborating with global teams and occasionally supporting meetings aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

• Proven experience in supporting complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
