• Oversee the implementation and coordination of the organization’s AI Transformation Plan throughout the business.
• Ensure that transformation efforts remain in alignment with established maturity assessments, portfolio goals, and business priorities.
• Facilitate AI transformation initiatives across various departments to uncover practical opportunities for AI-driven enhancements and operational efficiency.
• Maintain oversight and reporting of AI initiatives, tracking delivery momentum, risks, dependencies, and obstacles, while escalating issues as necessary.
• Engage with and assist in portfolio-level AI transformation initiatives, including AI assessments, reporting, progress evaluations, forums, peer groups, and related transformation projects as needed.
• Provide support to staff and leadership during the transition to AI-enhanced workflows through practical education, training, guidance, and hands-on assistance.
• Collaborate with teams across R&D, product development, sales and marketing, customer service, and operations to identify, test, adopt, and integrate practical AI tools and workflows that enhance efficiency, quality, delivery, and operational effectiveness.
• Establish practical AI working standards, governance expectations, and usage guidelines to ensure safe, consistent, and effective adoption across the organization.
• Ensure that adequate documentation, controls, reporting, and oversight are upheld for AI-related initiatives and activities.
• Promote responsible AI usage and ensure that AI practices are in line with the organization's security, compliance, risk management, and ethical standards.
• A high level of AI literacy, including hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools, copilots, automation platforms, and agentic AI workflows.
• Proven experience in leading or coordinating business transformation projects that involve technology, operational change, process improvements, or new methodologies.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, with a focus on prioritization, delivery coordination, progress tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience working across diverse business functions and influencing outcomes without direct authority, including fostering alignment with senior leaders, operational teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, with the capacity to build confidence, mitigate resistance, and support teams through evolving workflows.
• Capability to think systemically about people, processes, technology, governance, and operational impact when designing and executing change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience thriving in environments characterized by ambiguity, shifting priorities, and emerging technologies, while sustaining delivery momentum and organizational alignment.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, security, compliance, and responsible technology practices, particularly concerning AI adoption.
