AI Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of AI-driven workflows, from initial intake and prioritization to development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Services, Success & Support, and other teams to pinpoint and define workflow challenges.

• Work alongside the Applied AI team to guide the internal roadmap for Celeste workflows and share successes within the organization.

• Create and implement integrations and workflows across OP4I, M365, Celeste, Claude, Celeste Playbooks, Claude Skills/Plug-ins, and agentic workflows.

• Maintain a balance among scope, speed, and quality to safeguard delivery timelines and outcomes.

• Convert vague business requests into defined, governed, production-ready solutions with designated owners and success metrics.

• Systematize successful practices into reusable playbooks, templates, and frameworks.

• Offer structured feedback on usage and performance data to IT and the AI Advisory Council.

• Identify and highlight data governance risks, including gaps in access control and potential write-back conflicts.

• Create an operational model to scale Playbooks and agents across Business Transformation Managers and Operations teams.

• Demonstrated experience in deploying AI/ML systems into production, particularly with LLM-based applications.

• In-depth understanding of how model behavior impacts actual business workflows.

• Experience in engaging directly with senior stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business value.

• Proven ability to scope and implement complex systems in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

• Strong judgment regarding risk assessment and prioritization.

• A blend of engineering, consulting, and product-oriented thinking.

• Strong judgment in systems and architecture.

• An ownership mindset.

• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to distill complexity and promote alignment.
