AI Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Implement the enterprise AI strategic roadmap.

• Assess, prioritize, and organize AI use cases in collaboration with upper management based on value, feasibility, and risk.

• Support frameworks for AI governance and promote responsible AI practices.

• Track trends in the AI market, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Technology, Data, Security, and business sectors.

• Facilitate AI adoption through enablement, training, and communication initiatives.

• Create executive-level presentations and updates on AI progress.

• Execute the vision for data, AI, and enhanced productivity across Copilot solutions (including M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio), aligning these efforts with customer requirements and strategic goals.

• Organize and lead workshops to gather requirements and develop comprehensive documentation.

• Supervise the large-scale implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents within existing customer systems and internal departments (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, etc.).

• Design and oversee the development of conversational agents and automated applications utilizing low-code/no-code tools, such as the Power Platform.

• Identify and prioritize use cases with high impact.

• Assist in implementing an AI usage framework that emphasizes ethics, transparency, security, and regulatory compliance for data and AI initiatives.

• Educate end-users, simplify technical concepts for stakeholders, including executive management, and serve as an ambassador for digital innovation through AI adoption.

• Oversee the documentation of processes and solutions to guarantee their scalability and sustainability.

• Lead multidisciplinary and cross-industry projects, ensuring they align with corporate strategy, track adoption, create business cases, report to customer management, and propose project budgets for approval while monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Communicate with vendors as needed to fulfill project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Experience in CRO or related industries.

• Practical experience in deploying generative AI technologies, including M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

• A technical background (in IT, software engineering, etc.) coupled with strong business understanding.

• Proven experience in leading customer workshops with key business stakeholders, conducting requirements and design discussions, and facilitating internal team meetings.

• Proficient in translating business needs into technological or digital initiatives.

• Knowledge in artificial intelligence, AI query engineering, and responsible AI principles (including bias, transparency, and governance).

• Strong grasp of AI concepts and applications at a strategic level.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
