AI Trainer – Change Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and provide training and organizational change management initiatives to facilitate the integration of artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions for a multi-year document digitization and related software development endeavor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST must be secured before onboarding with Guidehouse.

• Preference will be given to candidates who possess an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience in independently creating client-facing strategic communications and/or change management documentation.

• At least FIVE (5) years of experience in developing and delivering IT systems training.

• Capable of independently managing the training and change management workstream, including the development of project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and meeting all project deadlines.
