AI & Technology Solutions Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing projects related to AI, infrastructure, cloud, platform, and technology delivery

• Coordinating activities of AI Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Platform Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical experts

• Tracking project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality of delivery

• Ensuring effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders

• Managing monthly invoicing and settlements with clients and team members

• Fostering a positive team culture through coaching, facilitation, and shielding the team from distractions

• Supervising resource allocation for projects and aiding team planning

• Establishing and evaluating metrics to monitor team progress, objectives, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Effectively managing multiple projects at once, demonstrating strong context-switching abilities

• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

• Supporting the commercial and contractual aspects of client engagements, including scope, assumptions, clauses, and delivery obligations

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable managerial or delivery-oriented role

• Proven experience leading agile teams that deliver technology projects, preferably in AI, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or software delivery

• Capability to manage fixed-scope, time & material, or managed delivery projects while ensuring high-quality results

• Familiarity with Jira or comparable project management software

• Understanding of project planning tasks such as T-shirt sizing, backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency tracking, and defining acceptance criteria

• Commercial experience in managing, influencing, and assessing team performance within a global, multinational context

• Experience in monitoring and ensuring project margins, profitability, and delivery efficiency

• Proven ability to efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively switch contexts

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Polish
