AI Technology Product Lead – EPM Solutions

📋 Description

• Lead the development of product strategy and roadmap for Oracle EPM solutions, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to implementation and optimization.

• Spearhead large-scale integration of AI functionalities within the Oracle EPM suite to improve automation, precision, and analytical insights.

• Collaborate directly with finance leaders to align technology projects with overall finance strategies and capitalize on high-impact opportunities that enhance financial operations and reporting.

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM, ARCS, and OCI Essbase technologies to design advanced financial management solutions.

• Create detailed technology roadmaps that incorporate innovative Oracle EPM features into existing financial processes.

• Direct cross-departmental investment initiatives, ensuring optimal resource distribution and alignment among stakeholders.

• Work alongside finance teams engaged in FP&A, financial close processes, and reconciliation tasks to convert operational needs into technical solutions that yield measurable business results.

• Keep abreast of the latest Oracle EPM AI capabilities and integration possibilities.

• Build and sustain high-performing teams across various geographical locations, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across different time zones and cultural contexts.

• Promote thought leadership by staying informed about Oracle EPM trends, updates, and industry best practices, positioning the organization as a center of excellence.

• Effectively liaise with stakeholders at all organizational levels, simplifying complex technical concepts into business-oriented presentations and facilitating fruitful partnerships between finance and technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in Oracle EPM, finance technology, or comparable fields.

• Basic understanding of AI terminology and foundational concepts is a plus.

• Proven background in finance, corporate finance, FP&A, financial close operations, and reconciliation processes.

• In-depth hands-on experience with Oracle EPM, ARCS, and OCI Essbase technologies.

• Demonstrated product management experience in leading investment initiatives and overseeing product lifecycles.

• A history of successful collaboration with finance leaders on technology strategy alignment and roadmap execution.

• Experience in implementing AI technologies, particularly Oracle EPM AI capabilities in large-scale global organizations.

• Strong collaborative skills with a record of managing geographically distributed teams.

• Exceptional adaptability and a quick learning ability to keep pace with evolving technologies and business needs.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to varied audiences.
