AI Tech Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You will transform a validated product concept into a launched, scalable SaaS solution.

• Initially, you will establish the foundational stack and transition concierge delivery into software.

• As the customer base expands, you will strengthen the product, establish engineering standards, and lay the groundwork for future hires.

• You will inherit a validated customer list and offering from your Business Leader.

• Quickly deliver a functional initial version, utilizing AI tools and contemporary frameworks.

• Develop exclusively what customers have requested and paid for, avoiding speculative features.

• From day one, you will take ownership of code quality, performance, and security.

• Assist with customer demonstrations, integrations, and escalations alongside your Business Leader.

• Set the engineering standards for the initial technical hires that will follow you.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping SaaS products, with required experience as a founding engineer or technical co-founder.

• Experience in building and launching products using LLMs, agents, and modern AI tools.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently during early development stages, showing resourcefulness and autonomy.

• Full-time availability is required, with in-studio presence in Kelowna from Day 1. No moonlighting permitted.
