AI Systems Engineer – Agentic Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee workflows for agent-based development.

• Supervise AI-generated code: validate, test, refactor, and deploy to production.

• Create systems to assess the quality and reliability of agent outputs.

• Optimize prompts, tools, and pipelines to enhance results.

• Incorporate AI agents into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Convert business challenges (mortgage, real estate workflows) into AI-driven solutions.

• Set best practices for collaboration and orchestration among multiple agents.

• Track the performance, cost, and accuracy of AI systems.

• Collaborate with product and business teams to discover automation opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with LLM-based tools and workflows (e.g., Anthropic Claude or similar).

• Background in building or managing AI-assisted or agent-driven systems.

• In-depth understanding of modern SDLC with AI enhancement.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or comparable cloud environments.

• Capability to review and validate generated code across various programming languages.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation loops, and model tuning.

• Strong systems thinking: ability to design workflows, not just write functions.

• Preferred Experience

• Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.

• Knowledge of real estate or mortgage workflows (not mandatory but advantageous).

• Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or knowledge systems.

• Exposure to tools resembling “antigravity”-style AI workflows or similar emerging platforms.
