AI Systems & Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain automation workflows powered by AI technologies such as Claude, Make, Zapier, and various APIs.

• Streamline repetitive business operations across customer service, operations, and eCommerce platforms.

• Integrate systems like Shopify, CRM platforms, and other external applications.

• Create workflows that intelligently manage task routing, escalate complex issues, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Monitor the performance of automation systems, resolve issues, and continuously enhance workflows.

• Identify and leverage opportunities for efficiency improvements through AI and automation.

• Document automation workflows, system architecture, and industry best practices.

• Collect requirements from business stakeholders and convert them into effective automation solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest AI tools and automation technologies, providing recommendations for enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in designing and implementing AI or workflow automation solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of automation platforms, including Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other comparable large language models in business workflows.

• Proven experience in API integration and connecting various business systems.

• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM platforms, and eCommerce operations is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in programming or scripting languages like JavaScript or Python is a plus, though not essential.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing multiple automation projects.

• Possess a systems-thinking mindset and a passion for enhancing business processes through AI and automation.

• Must be based in the Philippines.

• Must disclose any ongoing roles or client commitments.

• Must represent this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor.”
