Community Manager – AI Community

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee our community on a daily basis: welcoming new members, moderating conversations, responding to posts, and addressing inquiries.

• You will strategize community content: crafting prompts and discussion starters, implementing a "Prompt of the Week," and curating formats like “What worked for you with AI this week?” alongside current AI news for discussions.

• You will develop engagement formats, including challenges, Q&A sessions, and community gatherings.

• You will onboard new members and link the community with our newsletter, Snips, and AI Driving Licence cohorts.

• You will assist in organizing and supporting local community events to enhance the growth of the snipKI community in offline settings as well.

• You engage with AI daily—not as a novelty, but as a true productivity tool—utilizing your own setup, saved context, and a streamlined workflow.

• You view AI not merely as a tool; it serves as your operating system.

• You are familiar with concepts such as Context Engineering, Second Brain, MCPs, Skills, Plugins, Scheduled Tasks, automations, and Vibe Coding—and actively use many of these yourself.

• You possess experience in, or a strong passion for, community and social media initiatives.

• You are self-motivated, communicative, and highly skilled in written German.

• You exhibit a hands-on approach, directness, and openness.
