AI Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to interpret AI capabilities, enhance product adoption, and assess business outcomes.

• Promote adoption, utilization, and value realization while establishing success frameworks.

• Leverage Cresta’s products to create value and implement change, as well as consult and execute on process change management.

• Function as a blend of strategy consultant, AI product specialist, and account manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses 2–7+ years of experience in management consulting, customer-facing strategy + execution roles, or similar settings (SaaS experience is advantageous but not mandatory).

• Approaches problems with a framework and systems mindset, adept at deconstructing ambiguous challenges and driving structured solutions.

• Enjoys identifying and taking ownership of issues from start to finish, while developing best practices throughout the process.

• Connects technical capabilities to tangible business outcomes rather than merely feature utilization.

• Comfortable navigating a technical environment (data analysis, SaaS configuration, AI tool utilization) without the need to be an engineer.

• Exhibits strong executive communication skills and can influence stakeholders at various levels.

• Thrives in uncertain situations and is enthusiastic about the transformative impact of AI on customer workflows in the upcoming 1–2 years.

• Willingness to travel (~25%) and collaborate across different time zones.
