AI Strategy – Digital Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Further enhance and sustain the website (currently developed using Lovable)

• Contribute to the application and the web dashboard tailored for medical practices and clinics

• Integrate various digital elements into a unified product portfolio

• Evaluate new features and iterate based on user feedback

• Leverage AI tools for the swift development and execution of innovative ideas

• Collaborate closely with the founders to establish priorities and shape the digital strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled university student, preferably with a focus or interest in entrepreneurship, computer science, digital business, or a related discipline

• Initial practical experience in web or app development is advantageous

• Basic programming skills (e.g., React/TypeScript and web fundamentals)

• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Claude) is beneficial

• Proficient with standard web and office applications

• Organized, priority-driven approach to managing multiple digital projects concurrently

• Capacity to translate user feedback into tangible product enhancements

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Strong communication abilities when collaborating with the founders, despite part-time engagement

• Capability to work effectively within a team, even in a predominantly remote setting

• Independent and dependable work style in a part-time capacity

• Interest in MedTech, startups, and willingness to assume significant responsibilities early in the process

• Eagerness to learn and a curiosity about new tools
