📋 Description

• Take ownership of outcomes from start to finish — not just tasks or tickets. Identify a problem, design the AI-driven solution, implement it, and evaluate the impact independently.

• Create autonomous systems — develop self-sustaining loops that can reason, act, and iterate. Envision agents that manage workflows rather than merely answering inquiries.

• Implement end-to-end autonomous pipelines — eliminate the need for human intervention. Your systems will manage reasoning, actions, and transitions from initiation to result. You assess output rather than effort.

• Function as an independent entity — define scope, prioritize tasks, execute, and iterate with a strong sense of ownership. AI serves as your team.

• Foster collaboration within CloudWalk — the solutions you create in your area will serve as templates for other teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with AI — you have successfully delivered tangible results using LLMs. You understand the distinctions between a prompt and a system prompt, a chain and an agent, as well as the differences between naive RAG and effective implementations.

• Builder mentality — you don’t just utilize ChatGPT or Claude; you integrate them into automations, connect them to APIs, provide structured context, and enable them to perform repeatable tasks.

• Ability to thrive in uncertainty — you can navigate without a predetermined playbook because you are in the process of creating it.

• Eager learner — the tools evolve rapidly. You are already experimenting with upcoming releases today.

• Proficient in English — both written and verbal communication. This is essential.
