AI Solutions Specialist – Forward Deployed AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery meetings with clients to ascertain their challenges, requirements, workflows, and potential AI applications.

• Collect and detail both functional and technical specifications for projects.

• Craft solutions utilizing the company’s platform, pinpointing suitable agents, workflows, and features.

• Set up and configure AI agents and workflows.

• Convert client requests into scopes, requirements, and actionable plans.

• Evaluate solution feasibility and decide when to engage the internal development team.

• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, outstanding tasks, and overall progress.

• Provide status updates, showcase solutions, and align client expectations.

• Handle scope modifications and negotiate priorities and deadlines.

• Assist in gathering new requirements and formulating initial scopes for commercial proposals.

• Record decisions, requirements, workflows, and specifications comprehensively.

• Observe client feedback and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Serve as the intermediary between clients and internal teams, translating business needs into feasible deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Ownership, technology project management, solution implementation, technical consulting, or similar roles.

• Practical experience with artificial intelligence, including the creation or configuration of agents, automations, or intelligent workflows.

• Understanding of fundamental generative AI concepts, along with familiarity with technologies and applications in this domain.

• Technical knowledge of logic, solution architecture, and system workflow operations.

• Capability to conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and convert business challenges into structured solutions.

• Proficiency in configuring and parameterizing solutions using existing technology platforms.

• Ability to comprehend technical requirements and collaborate with development teams to shape solutions.

• Experience in tracking projects, managing timelines, aligning expectations, and communicating updates effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the confidence to lead meetings and engage with stakeholders at various levels.

• Consultative, analytical, organized, and problem-solving approach.

• Independence in leading projects and making decisions within the designated scope of responsibility.

• Proficient in functional English for understanding written communications and participating in internal meetings.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with AI agent platforms, LLMs, and intelligent workflows; knowledge of RAG; experience implementing technology solutions for enterprise clients; familiarity with SaaS projects, systems integrations, or process automation; technical consulting, solution architecture, or technical presales experience; knowledge of APIs, integrations, and software architecture; and experience delivering projects for large enterprises or in complex process environments.
